Returns & Exchanges

DOMESTIC RETURNS

You can start your return process through our RETURNLY page. Only items purchased from our online store at clecosmetics.com are eligible for return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. For any questions, you can email us at cs@clecosmetics.comItem(s) eligible for a return must be within 30 days of receiving the products.

Once you fill out the Returnly form, we will review your return and you will receive an email with a shipping label. Refunds are issued within 2 to 7 business days of receiving the return.  For products purchased through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly.

Please note: Promo-codes are one-time use only. If you used the 20% off promo-code for your first order and refunded or exchanged your order, please contact cs@clecosmetics.com to receive a new 20% off promo-code to use on your next purchase.


EXCHANGES

Please contact us at cs@clecosmetics.com with your order number within 21 days of receiving your order. There's no need for you to send your item(s) back! If items are sent without notifying CLE beforehand, we cannot provide exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

Only items purchased from our online store at clecosmetics.com are eligible for return and exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), we can issue a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Please contact us at cs@clecosmetics.com with your order number to start your exchange or return process.  If items are sent without notifying CLE beforehand, we cannot provide a refund nor an exchange.

Please note: CLE is not responsible for any lost packages or untraceable return shipments. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All refunds are credited to your original form of payment. It may take up to 14 business days for the payment to return to your original form of payment after the refund has been processed. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle for your refund to appear on your statement.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

- Place your item(s) in the original shipping box. If the original shipping box is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent any damage during transit.

***Please notify us at cs@clecosmetics.com of the mail carrier and tracking number after the package is sent.***

Return shipping fees are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded. Returns must be received within 60 days of the date of purchase.


PAYMENT METHODS

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed.

      - Please make sure to spell your city | province | territory correctly.
      - Please avoid using abbreviations unless the information appears on your statement as so.
      - If needed, please contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
      - If your shipping address cannot be verified, your order will be delayed. Please double check your shipping address before confirming your order!
