USA RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand if you feel unsatisfied with your product(s)!
We can provide a refund or exchange for full-sized products (excluding final sale items) within 30 days of purchase, minus a handling flat fee of $6 USD.

Please Note:
Only items purchased from our online store at clecosmetics.com are eligible for return or exchange. For products purchased through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly.
Every time you exchange your product, please note that you will be deducted or charged a $6 USD handling flat fee. If you wish to exchange multiple products, we recommend going through the process once to avoid multiple handling fee charges.
CLE is not responsible for any lost packages or untraceable return shipments.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please contact us at cs@clecosmetics.com with your order number to start your return or exchange process. We only accept returns for new or gently used products. If items are sent without notifying us at cs@clecosmetics.com beforehand, we cannot provide a refund nor an exchange.
