We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order was delivered. Below, you will find the details of our return policy, package protection, and how each applies to your order.
Eligibility: You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Only products purchased directly from clecosmetics.com are eligible for returns or exchanges. For purchases made through other retailers, please contact the retailer directly.
Bundles: Items purchased as part of a bundle, such as Daily Duo, must be returned in full to be eligible for a return or exchange. We do not accept partial returns of bundle items.

Free Returns + Package Protection (Available in U.S. Only)
By selecting this option at checkout, you receive additional benefits regarding both the security of your shipment and return shipping costs. Here’s how it works:
Free Return Shipping: You are eligible for free return shipping on exchanges or store credit. Please be aware that for refunds, you are responsible for the cost of the return label.
Package Protection: This protects your order from being lost, stolen, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
If you opted out of this coverage, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label when returning items for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Refunds and Store Credit
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, which will be valid for 28 days. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted or eligible for a refund. CLE is not responsible for lost packages or untraceable return shipments.
Refunds or store credits will be issued as soon as we receive your returned package. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
