Refund policy

You can start your return process through our RETURNS page. Only items purchased from our online store at clecosmetics.com are eligible for return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. For any questions, you can email us at cs@clecosmetics.com!

Item(s) eligible for a return must be within 30 days of receiving the products. 

Please note: CLE is not responsible for any lost packages or untraceable return shipments.

Once you fill out the Returnly form, we will review your return and you will receive an email with a shipping label. Refunds are issued within 2 to 7 business days of receiving the return. 

For products purchased through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly.

Please note: Promo-codes are one-time use only. If you used the 20% off promo-code for your first order and refunded or exchanged your order, please contact cs@clecosmetics.com to receive a new 20% off promo-code to use on your next purchase.
