Unfortunately, Octinoxate is not reef safe. The Reef Safe designation varies by region and country. Our CCC Cream is reef safe in Australia but not Hawaii. We are continuing to aim for cleaner cosmetics and skincare!

All of our products are manufactured in South Korea.

In terms of consistency, the closest skincare to CCC Cream is our Multi Cream mixed with Lifting Mist, which creates a light moisturizer. If your skin is prone to breaking out, we recommend using Vitamin C Elixir and only use a slight amount of Multi Cream.

To qualify for replacements, the merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days from the date the order was shipped.

Damaged or defective itemsFor damaged or defective items, we will send a replacement order right away.

Change or cancel order
Wrong shipping addressPlease contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and the correct shipping address. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any adjustments.
Please contact the mail carrier if they are able to modify the route of your package. If any packages are returned to our warehouse, you will need to replace your order. We are unable to ship an order twice.

USPS is responsible for all lost packages. Please contact them directly for any claims about your package. CLE is not responsible for missed deliveries or redeliveries. If the tracking status of your order states that your package has been delivered but you did not receive your package, please directly contact USPS.
