Shipping to other international destinations is currently unavailable at this time. Please be advised that orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for free shipping benefits or free returns.


Shipping Delivery

Orders typically arrive as scheduled but due to shipping transfers or customs from USPS or UPS and depending on the mail carrier used, it may delay the arrival of your package. CLE is not responsible for shipping deliveries and/or delays due to shipping transfers or customs from USPS or UPS once the package leaves the United States. Please contact your local mail carrier for any updates.


International Shipping

CLE Cosmetics offers the following flat rate international shipping costs:
For orders under the stated threshold (located above), the client pays for the shipping cost, which will vary by country and order size.
Orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States).

Please note: International orders are subject to a customs clearance fee, which are taxes imposed on the items when transported across the international borders. International customers are responsible for any customs related charges.

Due to COVID-19, the access to your local postal service may be difficult. Please email us at info@clecosmetics.com for further information on how to return or exchange your items.



Returns

Please contact us at info@clecosmetics.com with your order number to start your return process within 14 days of receiving your order. Only items purchased from our online store at clecosmetics.com are eligible for return. We are unable to provide a refund for any opened products. If the product is contained in the original packaging, unopened and unused, we will be able to provide a refund within 14 days once we receive the item(s). Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Item(s) eligible for a return must be received within 21 days from the day we receive your email. If item(s) are sent without notifying us beforehand, we cannot issue a refund.

Exchanges

Please contact us at info@clecosmetics.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. Item(s) eligible for an exchange must be received within 21 days from the day we receive your email. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
If the item(s) are sent without notifying us beforehand, we cannot provide exchanges.

Please note: CLE is not responsible for any lost packages or untraceable return shipments.


International Returns

Only items purchased from our online store at clecosmetics.com are eligible for return and exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), any unused, unopened or defective item in the original packaging within 30 days is accepted for a refund. To qualify for a refund, the merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

If item(s) are sent without notifying us beforehand, we cannot issue a refund nor an exchange.

Please note: All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All refunds are credited to your original form of payment. It may take up to 14 business days for the payment to return to your original form of payment after the refund has been processed. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle for your refund to appear on your statement.

Instructions for Domestic & International Returns

- Place your item(s) in the original shipping box. If the original shipping box is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent any damage during transit.
***Please notify us at info@clecosmetics.com of the mail carrier and tracking number after the package is sent.***

Return shipping fees are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded. Returns must be received within 60 days from the date of purchase.


Payment Methods

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed.

      - Please make sure to spell your city | province | territory correctly.
      - Please avoid using abbreviations unless the information appears on your statement as so.
      - If needed, please contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
      - If your shipping address cannot be verified, your order will be delayed. Please double check your shipping address before confirming your order!

Vegan

All of our products are vegan!

 

Paraben

All of our products are formulated without any parabens.

 

Cruelty-Free

CLE Cosmetics is a cruelty-free brand. We never test on animals or use ingredients tested on animals! Furthermore, we do not provide authorization to any third parties to test on animals.

 

Gluten-Free

All of our products are produced without any gluten except for Dry Mask Pack, which contains wheat.

 

Sunscreen

Our CCC Cream contains chemical and mineral ingredients in the sunscreen.
Chemical ingredients: Octisalate and Octinoxate

Melting Lip Powder Filled Halfway

Our Melting Lip Powder is filled to the brim of the container. Due to the natural characteristic of our Melting Lip Powder, the powder compresses over time, decreasing the powder level and settling as is. We ensure quality checks for all of our products.
Please contact us at info@clecosmetics.com with your order number about a replacement for your Melting Lip Powder. For further information about the Melting Lip Powder you received, we may ask for images of the product.

To qualify for replacements, the merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days from the date the order was shipped.

Melting Lip Powder Usage

The first few uses of Melting Lip Powder will have powder fallouts. As you use the product, the powder will "melt"; adhering the powder to the doe foot applicator for easier and smoother application. If you have any questions, please email us at info@clecosmetics.com!

Color Display

The swatches on our website or Instagram display our colors as close to the actual product as possible, but the colors may appear differently on each person. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Damaged or defective items are subject to a full refund minus the shipping fee or to an exchange if the items were purchased from our online store at clecosmetics.com.
If you wish to return or exchange the damaged or defective item(s), please contact us at info@clecosmetics.com with your order number and the image of the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. Occasionally, we may request the return of the product before we send out a replacement. Replacements will be provided at the discretion of CLE Cosmetics.

Confirmation Emails

Order Status

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking number. By clicking the link, you will be able to track your order within 24 hours.

 

Duration to Receive Order

Orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Transit for Domestic orders is 2 to 8 business days. Transit for International orders varies by destination.

Wrong Shipping Address

Please contact us immediately at info@clecosmetics.com with your order number and the correct shipping address. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any adjustments.
Please contact the mail carrier if they are able to modify the route of your package. If any packages are returned to our warehouse, you will need to replace your order. We are unable to ship an order twice.

Missed Delivery

Lost Packages/Returns

USPS is responsible for all lost packages. Please contact them directly for any claims about your package. CLE is not responsible for missed deliveries or redeliveries. If the tracking status of your order states that your package has been delivered but you did not receive your package, please directly contact USPS.
