AT-HOME BEAUTY RECIPES

This Mother’s Day, we wanted to find a way to share a special moment with mom, a motherly presence, or loved ones; whether you’re together or currently physically apart.

2020 was one rollercoaster ride of a year (honestly, it felt like ten years packed into one).
We learned, grew, and evolved; emotionally, mentally, spiritually and some of us physically.
We still continue to expand as we form a new way of living. A lot of us learned to appreciate our times spent with loved ones and how important the present moment is. What we believed as “mundane” is what makes each day beautiful, not boring.

We spoke with Mama Jin (founder Lauren Jin’s mom) who shared her DIY recipes so that we could bring these recipes to life with our loved ones; together or remotely!
The recipes use natural ingredients so there’s no preservatives and it’s fresh. “That’s why I make my own”, she says.
She enjoys the DIY recipes because she has more control on what she could add in and mix.
If her skin is feeling more dry, she can add in more moisturizing ingredients. She can adjust to her skin’s needs.

We have 4 recipes for a cleanser, face mask, scrub/exfoliator, and a night cream.
